The position involves analyzing and evaluating user and business requests for new or modified training and application support solutions, converting existing Basic Skills Development training content from legacy authoring tools to enterprise-approved platforms, and designing interactive e-learning modules. The candidate will develop instructional content supporting new system functionality, collaborate with training staff and stakeholders, and ensure all content meets DFPS accessibility, usability, and LMS standards.
