Austin Energy is seeking a Business Analyst to provide project support to Department Directors and consulting services to process and program leaders. The role involves analyzing data, presenting alternatives, making recommendations, and resolving business and technical issues in planning, performance measurement, change management, and periodic assessment review. This position is also responsible for day-to-day contract and vendor management, procurement activities for various business units, and technological applications within Customer Care.
