The Legacy Systems Developer will be part of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' Fiscal Management Statewide Fiscal Oversight team. The primary scope involves highly advanced software development and maintenance support for CPA's legacy mainframe applications including USAS, TINS, SPA, HRIS, SPRS, and related systems. The candidate may also be consulted in connection with the CAPPS STARR project where legacy mainframe expertise is relevant, including interface and data integration questions. The selected candidate must be adaptable and able to learn and integrate new systems and platforms as needed.
