The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts seeks 2 experienced change management professionals to coordinate agency communications and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Train-the-Trainer (TTT), and End User Training (EUT) activities for the CAPPS STARR financial system implementation. This role supports successful transition for over 200 state agencies and institutions of higher education that interface with CPA's statewide financial systems. The coordinator will work alongside CPA's OCM team to support agency coordination, communications, and readiness, serving as a structured OCM liaison to state agencies throughout testing, training, and transition activities. Key focus areas include stakeholder and agency liaison support, change management and readiness planning, UAT support for 500-600 participants, training coordination, communications support, and reporting on agency readiness across four dimensions: participation levels, communications effectiveness, training readiness, and operational readiness.
