Define program goals and objectives for LADOTD modernization; develop project plans and schedules; lead cross-functional teams; manage risks and communicate project status; ensure compliance with LADOTD and State standards; provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes; conduct ongoing evaluation and improvements. - Program or project management, preferably application development - IT strategy, infrastructure design, and operational support for multi-site organizations - Business continuity planning and application migration - Application and process modernization - Strong understanding of data management principles and practices - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior management and stakeholders - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions - Experience with Agile development methodologies
