The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) requires a Cerner Millennium CCL and Data Transformation Lead to support Electronic Health Record (EHR) migration initiatives. This role provides Millennium data management expertise and hands-on technical development and data extraction within Cerner Millennium environments. The Worker will ensure clinical workflow intent and operational requirements are accurately translated into Cerner Command Language (CCL) logic, data extracts, and downstream reporting and analytics solutions. This position collaborates with clinical stakeholders, informatics governance bodies, and technical delivery teams to support EHR modernization, data migration, reporting, and legacy system retirement efforts.
