We are seeking a highly experienced Citrix & Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Administrator to support and administer enterprise virtual desktop environments. This role is responsible for day to day operations, advanced troubleshooting, and solutioning within Citrix and AVD platforms, working closely with end users and multiple infrastructure teams to ensure stability, performance, and availability. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and proven experience supporting large scale VDI environments in an enterprise setting. Key responsibilities include administering, maintaining, and supporting Citrix and AVD environments, troubleshooting user, performance, connectivity, and application issues across VDI platforms, analyzing issues end-to-end to identify root cause and implement durable solutions, managing Citrix and AVD licensing, coordinating with Server/Infrastructure, Network and Firewall, Security, and End User Computing teams, working directly with end users to diagnose issues and restore service quickly, participating in on-call support including coordination with offshore support teams, and providing clear technical documentation and knowledge transfer. On-call support is required.
