Work with the TCEQ IRD and user staff. Participate as the Project Manager/Business systems analyst in all phases of the Software development lifecycle to analyze, design, develop and implement core TCEQ applications that use Java, JavaServer Faces, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, Hibernate and SQL.
