Working with TCEQ IRD and user staff to develop design documents and SQL-driven screen prototypes from user requirements within rapid turnaround cycles. Transform approved prototypes into JBOSS JEE, Primefaces, JSF, EJB and Hibernate applications for external users to provide authorization application, issuance, renewal and termination support. Two systems allow TCEQ users to set up permit processing data and external facility owners/operators to request, receive, renew and terminate TCEQ operating authorization. Systems interact with other agency systems via web services, Oracle databases, and proxy technologies. Implement applications in complex environments using iterative prototype-user evaluation lifecycle with functional versions accessible to external users via internet, including accessibility for disabled persons using screen readers such as JAWS and NVDA.
