QA automation engineer position for the PCS Contract Operations team. Work on enhancing and updating the System Contract Operating and Reporting application to create a more robust and comprehensive system for agency contract management, monitoring, and compliance activities. Part of the Administrative Applications Software Quality Assurance team. Responsible for developing and maintaining automated test cases using Playwright or similar technology, developing and maintaining test scripts for both manual and automated testing, performing manual testing as required, tracking test case execution, establishing regular automated schedules for test cases and required reporting, using Jira to log and track defects, developing and maintaining requirements traceability matrices. Must work in an Agile environment, support the development team in dev, test, UAT, and production environments, troubleshoot test cases as required, lead UAT testing activities as needed, and be available for on-call support as needed.
